Anna Bridge Consulting Limited is a Christchurch based business providing commercial management strategies and human resources solutions to New Zealand companies.

 

Founded in 2006, ABCL has worked with a variety of clients locally, nationally and internationally. It has worked across a range of mandates and industries including construction, funds management, media, self-storage, architecture and investment banking. These mandates cover a broad range of HR issues including goal setting, retention, recruitment and restructures.

Experience

Anna Bridge is a Director and majority shareholder of ABCL. Prior to ABCL, Anna worked in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom for Robert Walters International, before moving to Goldman Sachs where she spent five years in Human Resources.  Her experience includes staff retention and development strategies, recruitment, search and selection, generalist HR, employee relations, training and management.  Anna returned to New Zealand in 2006 and established ABCL as a solutions-driven business drawing on international best practice.
